We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your Pro, Max, or Unlimited plan, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

2.2 After 7 Days

After the 7-day window, no refunds will be issued. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. See our Cancellation Policy for details.

2.3 Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Partial months of service
  • Unused token balances
  • Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes (these may result in account suspension)

We will process approved refunds within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Pro-Rated Refunds

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial subscription periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access to your subscription until the end of your current billing period, but no refund will be issued for the unused portion.
